Service Description

Sandra will accompany you to the supermarket to assist in educating about how to read nutritional labels of products. She will walk you through aisles educating on healthy choices and alternatives to products that you previously would have chosen. She will work within your budget to educate on how easy and affordable it can be to eat healthy when the confusion of advertising is removed.
