Service Description

In the initial consultation a 3/7 day diary which will be filled out by the client. Lifestyle, health conditions and medical history will also be discussed to gain an understanding of the patient's individual factors. Body composition will be recorded through measurements and bioelectrical impedance analysis in order to be able to gain base stats for future progress to be compared to. Sandra will then analyse all information gathered and put together a personalised diet between your initial and second visit.
