Service Description

Sandra will come to your house and discuss with you whats in your pantry. She will talk you through identifying factors in your pantry that might be contributing to your current health condition/weight. Sandra will assist in educating how you can put together a healthy meal with what basics you have already and work with you to display how easy it can be to put together a nutritious meal.
