Service Description

First Return Consult: You will receive your first personalised 7/14 day diet plan which will be discussed thoroughly. Following: Follow up consults are designed to monitor your weight loss progress. You will discuss your goals and ability to follow nutrition plans. Any improvement or changes in conditions discussed in initial consults are noted. As a result nutrition plans are re-assesed and alterations may be made. Due to the individuality of weight loss programs weekly emailing of plans cost an additional $20. Weekly weigh in's and anthropometric measurements with meal plans are $30.
